Wedding Prices

 

  • Wedding Site Fee: $500

  • Ceremony only: $40/guest

  • (includes wedding party)

  • Ceremony & Reception: $75/guest (includes wedding party)

  • Officiant: $75

  • BBQ Rental: $30 (must provide propane)

  • Space Heater Rental: $20/heater

  • Includes photos with the couple & photographer only in historic mansion.

*all payments are due 14 days before event

We supply tables, table cloths, outdoor bar, patio, gazebo, all able to

light up at night.
